All our products are made according to the individual measurements of each client. Please note that under no circumstances is the buyer entitled to return or exchange underwear, swimwear and other products for INDIVIDUAL MEASURES.
It is very important to measure correctly, our brafiter will tell you all the nuances. Defects are excluded, because we sew in our own atelier, this is not a workshop. We guarantee the quality of the material and tailoring for each item. But in the event of a misunderstanding, we always go to meet our beloved customers and resolve the issue.
The buyer has the right to return or exchange the received Good of appropriate quality for a similar one within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the moment of receiving the Good, not counting the day of purchase, provided that all the following conditions are met: in total:
● The product has not been used, the product appearance, consumer properties, tags, labels and the payment document issued to the Buyer together with the sold product have been preserved.
● In Appendix No. 3 to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 19, 1994 No. 172 “On the Implementation of Certain Provisions of the Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of Consumer Rights”, there is no product as such that is not subject to exchange and/or return (for example, underwear, hosiery, socks, etc.).
For international buyers, all products are sold exclusively on 100% payment basis + delivery payment. For residents of Ukraine – 100% payment or an advance payment of 500 UAH (cash on delivery). Each product is sewn according to the individual measurements of the buyer, it is not subject to exchange or return.
